Yes. Selected products can use a child photo submitted through the brief. Photos and source materials are stored securely and are not available on public product pages.
When placing your order, you can use our built-in pronunciation recorder. Simply record a short sample and say your child’s name slowly and clearly. The recording is automatically attached to your order brief, so we can check the pronunciation while preparing the video. If the name has an unusual spelling or more than one possible pronunciation, you can also add a short note in the brief.
We offer four delivery options: very urgent — within 6 hours, urgent — within 12 hours, express — within 24 hours, and standard — within 48 hours. The shorter the delivery time, the higher the order cost, because urgent orders are handled outside the standard queue and prioritized.
In some cases, we may be able to prepare a video in around 2 hours, but we cannot guarantee such a short turnaround. If you need the video sooner than 6 hours, for example in about 3 hours, choose the “within 6h” option and clearly write the exact deadline in your brief. If we accept the order and complete it in time, you will receive the video as requested.
If we do not meet the guaranteed delivery window, we will refund the order cost after manual verification. If you still want to receive the finished video despite the delay, we can refund the difference between the very urgent delivery price and the standard delivery price.
